STEP by STEP GUIDE to RECORDING your OWN MUSIC CD ALBUM

 

 Guide to Installing the DOWNLOAD MANAGER for Windows XP:

 

1.     Install the CD that came with the Recording Chip:

 

a.     CLICK on  “USB Driver 1.1”

b.    Select  “Install Anyway”

c.     Follow the Installation Wizard

d.    Select  “Restart Later”

e.     CLICK on  “USB Download Manager 1.0”

f.       Follow the Installation Wizard

g.     RESTART your computer.

 

2.     Click “START”

3.     Select “Control Panel”

4.     Click “Printer and Hardware”

5.     Select “?Hardware” on the upper right corner of the window under TROUBLESHOOTERS

6.     Select “I am having a problem with a Universal Serial Bus (USB) device”

7.     Click “Next”

8.     Select “Device Manager”

9.     Find a USB Device with a yellow Exclamation Point (!) and double click on it

10. Select “Troubleshooters”

 

 

 Guide to Recording your Own Music CD Album:

 

  1. Record your favorite songs on the  Magic Sing ED8000  or Magic Sing ED11000  with the Blank Recordable Chip installed.  
  2. Connect the USB Cable that came with your  Magic Sing ED8000  or  Magic Sing ED11000  to your computer and to the mic.
  3. Double Click on the “USB Download Manager” Icon
  4. Click on “List”
  5. Select one song and click on “Convert” to change the file from .ETW to .WAV
  6. Do the same to all songs you want to record.
  7. As soon as all songs are converted, select one song, highlight it and click on “Write” Icon on the upper right corner of the window
  8. Do the same to all songs
  9. Click on “My Documents” and find all the .WAV songs
  10. Select your CD Writing/Burning Software
  11. Click and Drag your  .WAV files to the CD Software window
  12. RECORD/Burn your Music CD and enjoy your very own CD album or give out to your friends, family or a Record Company.  You can also convert your own songs into MP3 format for your iPod or MP3 player.
